<p> Job Title: Senior Operations Manager – Admissions </p><p> Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai </p><p> Company: GAMMA Marine </p><p> Employment Type: Full-Time </p><p> Experience: 8–10 Years </p><p> Salary: As per Industrial Standard </p><p> We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager – Admissions to lead student enrolment operations, drive lead-to-admission conversion, and manage a high-performing admissions team. </p> <p> Responsibilities Engage prospective students to advise on courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career progression pathways. Manage the enquiry-to-enrolment pipeline, following up systematically to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions. Design and implement strategies to boost admission targets and enrolment growth. Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team, including lead allocation, performance monitoring, and target setting. Oversee the complete student onboarding process — documentation, eligibility verification, fee collection, and joining formalities. Maintain accurate CRM records for enquiries and admissions; generate regular performance and MIS reports. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, academic, and accounts teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience. Uphold ethical counselling standards, ensuring students receive accurate information without unsupported commitments. </p><p> Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in admissions management, student counselling, business development, or operations. Strong communication, negotiation, conversion, and team leadership skills. Prior experience in the education/training sector highly preferred.
