As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Intermediate Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, based in either Hull or Leeds.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor with a few years’ experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will support the commercial function across tendering and live projects, working closely with senior team members while gradually taking on greater responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissionsCarrying out take-offs from drawings and specificationsRequesting and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotationsSupporting cost control on live projects, including valuations and variationsAssisting with procurement and subcontractor appointmentsMaintaining accurate cost reports and project recordsWorking collaboratively with project managers, designers, and suppliersAbout You2–5 years’ experience in an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor role within construction or commercial interiorsGood understanding of fit-out or refurbishment projectsConfident reading drawings and specificationsStrong numerical and analytical skillsWell organised with good attention to detailComfortable using MS Excel and estimating softwareKeen to learn, develop, and progress within a commercial teamWhat We OfferCompetitive salary, dependent on experienceChoice of base location: Hull or LeedsOngoing training and career developmentExposure to a wide range of commercial interior projectsSupportive, collaborative working environmentHow to ApplyIf you are an intermediate-level Estimator or Quantity Surveyor looking to build your career with a forward-thinking commercial interiors company, we’d be pleased to hear from you.Please submit your CV and indicate your preferred base location in the contact form below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
