Qualifications (what we are looking for)

• Minimum 5 years of cloud infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years designing and owning production AWS architectures.
• Hands-on experience with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ALB, Route 53, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Auto Scaling.
• Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, Service Control Policies and multi-account governance.
• Understanding of security services such as AWS WAF, KMS, Secrets Manager, Security Hub, Inspector and IAM Identity Center.
• Experience with database architecture, including relational and NoSQL services
• Experience estimating AWS costs using the AWS Pricing Calculator.
• Experience conducting workload migrations or modernization projects.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams using tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart or Cloudcraft.
• Experience working directly with customers and presenting architecture recommendations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform, experience with AWS CloudFormation or AWS CDK will be an advantage.
• Experience designing and deploying containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Amazon ECS or Amazon EKS.
• Must hold an active AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification. AWS Solutions Architect – Professional or an additional AWS specialty/professional certification will be preferred.
• Experience designing production‑grade cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and distributed systems.
• Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing AWS Partner Network (APN) activities, including the AWS Partner Central portal, opportunity management, certification tracking, capability development and partner compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to coordinate AWS accounts, partner programs and team certification targets.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Software Engineering / Computer Science.

Job Responsibilities (what you will do)

• Lead discovery sessions and gather technical and business requirements from clients.
• Prepare architecture diagrams as per client’s requirements and map solutions to AWS Services.
• Create implementation roadmaps and track its implementation in coordination with operations team
• Create project cost estimates, total cost of ownership (TCO) estimates and billing estimates.
• Develop migration and modernization strategies for existing workloads
• Conduct proofs of concept and technical evaluations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, reliable and cost‑effective AWS solutions.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies and technical trade‑offs.
• Support technical proposals, effort estimation and pre‑sales discussions.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and review infrastructure designs and IaC code.
• Define security, governance and operational standards across AWS accounts.
• Recommend appropriate AWS services based on performance, security and cost requirements.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Implement AWS Well‑Architected Framework best practices.
• Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with AWS services, cloud technologies, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies.
• Manage the organization’s AWS Partner relationship, including Partner Central administration, opportunity registration, team certification tracking, capability maintenance, partner program requirements and coordination with AWS representatives.
• Manage organizational AWS accounts, billing, access, governance and related administrative activities in coordination with technical and management teams.
