Senior Historical Data Analyst/Business Analyst Global Pharmaceutical Company New Brunswick, NJ - 3 days onsite12 months +
Manager said he wants someone who is ok with heavy grunt work with documentation and analysis, will be pretty hands on
prior pharma industry exp is a huge.
Exp with the power bi and data stuff is huge, exp with their data and hr platforms as mentioned is a huge plus
Responsibilities
Partner with TPOs (technical project owners) to define HR system historical data transfer strategy. This will determine which data can/should/will be conveyed to the new separating companyPartner with Legal, Compliance and A&D PMO to ensure technical direction is allowable, viable and funded.Complete all internal process deliverables related to historical data transfer or exceptions for non-transferable data.Partner with HR IT teams to communicate status, progress and issues associated with historical data work
Facilitate discussions with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, document decisions and drive resolution of open itemsMaintain project documentation, including transfer strategies, decision logs, exception records, status reports and data inventoriesTrack milestones, risks, dependencies and action items across multiple applications and workstreamsSupport data validation, reconciliation, and readiness activities to ensure successful execution of approved historical data strategies. xzbcwsv
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Data Governance, Data Migration or related disciplinesStrong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skillsExperience working with cross-functional business and technology teamsStrong organizational and project tracking capabilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and reporting toolsHR systems or HR data experience preferred
