Creator Partnerships Manager (Freelance)

<p><b>Hiring: Creator &amp; Brand Partnerships Executive (Freelance) </b> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Location: Remote (India) </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>AURA WEAR is looking for a highly organized and proactive Creator &amp; Brand Partnerships Executive to help build our creator community and manage end-to-end UGC and influencer collaborations. </p><p><br /></p><p>This is a freelance, project-based role with the opportunity to work on future product launches as the brand grows. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>What you’ll do </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>* Identify and reach out to creators who align with AURA WEAR’s brand and target audience. </p><p>* Build relationships with UGC creators, influencers, athletes, and lifestyle creators. </p><p>* Negotiate collaboration terms (paid and barter). </p><p>* Coordinate creator onboarding and maintain a creator database. </p><p>* Collect shipping details and coordinate product dispatch with our team. </p><p>* Share campaign briefs and ensure creators understand deliverables. </p><p>* Follow up on timelines and ensure content is delivered on schedule. </p><p>* Request revisions when required and ensure content meets brand standards. </p><p>* Secure commercial usage rights for all delivered content. </p><p>* Maintain organized trackers for outreach, collaborations, deliverables, and campaign status. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>What we’re looking for </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>* Excellent communication and negotiation skills. </p><p>* Strong organizational and project management abilities. </p><p>* Prior experience working with creators, influencer campaigns, UGC campaigns, social media marketing, or D2C/e-commerce brands is preferred. </p><p>* Experience with apparel, fashion, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage. </p><p>* Comfortable using Instagram, Google Sheets/Excel, and common productivity tools. </p><p>* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Success in this role </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>You’ll be responsible for sourcing and successfully coordinating creators from initial outreach through final content delivery. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>An ideal collaboration includes: </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>* Creator successfully onboarded. </p><p>* Product received. </p><p>* Content delivered on time. </p><p>* Content meets the campaign brief. </p><p>* Commercial usage rights secured. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Why join us? </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>You’ll work directly with the founding team of an emerging premium apparel brand and play a key role in shaping its creator marketing strategy from the ground up.
