Founder's office associate (foodtech / d2c)

About the Role

This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role. This is a Founder's Office position for a new-age Food Tech / D2 C venture. You will work directly with the Founder on building and scaling a modern consumer brand — combining product, distribution, branding, and technology. Your role will cut across strategy, execution, product thinking, and market understanding. One day could involve analyzing D2 C brands or quick commerce trends. Another could mean coordinating launches, working with vendors, or preparing for key meetings. If you enjoy building, learning, and operating in ambiguity, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the Founder on building and scaling a Food/D2 C brand Conduct deep research on D2 C brands, consumer trends, pricing, and competition Analyze channels like Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, and offline retail Use AI tools to create structured notes, product ideas, and growth experiments Contribute to product development, packaging, and positioning Coordinate vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams Prepare presentations, briefs, and launch plans Engage with founders, operators, agencies, and distributors Act as a force multiplier across strategy and execution

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of work experience (D2 C / FMCG / Food Tech / Consulting / Startups preferred) MBA (preferred) after work experience from a reputed institute Exposure to consumer brands / go-to-market / growth / operations Street-smart and curious with strong problem-solving ability Ability to go deep into consumer behavior and trends Strong research, structuring, and writing skills Comfortable with AI tools, data, and digital workflows High ownership, reliability, and execution bias Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
