Skill: SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager

Experience: 8+

Location: Mumbai, PAN India

8+ years of experience in SAP Project Management

• Proven experience managing S/4 HANA implementation or transformation projects

• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworks

Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation → Go-Live)

• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management

• Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies

• Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)

• Experience in budget management and cost control

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA project delivery

 Define and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones

 Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy

 Manage project governance, reporting, and status tracking

 Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies

 Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams

 Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans

 Oversee budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking

 Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)

 Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance

 Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support

 Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement

 Manage vendor and partner relationships

 Ensure successful change management and user adoption
