Key ResponsibilitiesLead and improve quality management processes, including ISO 9001 fundamentals, inspection controls, document management, calibration, and product traceability.Manage nonconformance reporting (NCR), root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supplier quality issues to reduce defects and customer complaints.Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to strengthen quality standards, oversee contract manufacturers, and drive measurable process improvements.
Required Qualifications5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, preferably in electronics, electromechanical products, industrial instrumentation, or equipment manufacturing, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.Proven experience with supplier quality management, NCR/CAPA, root-cause analysis, inspection procedures, and continuous improvement. xzbcwsv ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ASQ CQE/CQA, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
