Role Description

The IBDP Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for guiding and supporting schools in the effective implementation and continuous enhancement of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Day-to-day responsibilities include advising school leadership and faculty on IBDP curriculum planning, assessment practices, and alignment with IB standards; reviewing and refining subject group offerings and timetables; and supporting the development of robust academic policies and procedures. The consultant will conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers, mentor IBDP coordinators, and assist in preparing schools for IB authorization and evaluation visits. The role also involves monitoring student outcomes, recommending strategies for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen the IBDP culture, and staying updated with IB guidelines and best practices to ensure sustained program quality.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in IBDP teaching.
• Strong expertise in IBDP curriculum, assessment, and IB standards, with prior experience as an IBDP coordinator, subject teacher, or consultant.
• Proficiency in academic planning, policy development, and school improvement processes within international or high-rigour school environments.
• Effective training and facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor educators, lead workshops, and support professional development initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with school leadership, faculty, students, and parents.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data-driven decision-making to enhance student outcomes and program performance.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; formal IB training or certifications are highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a structured, on-site school environment in New Delhi, with openness to visiting multiple campuses as needed.
