Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the production of quality results reporting; analyze, track, and trend the reporting results and report them to managementPerform heavy chart monitoring and auditing of medical recordsFormulate and prepare ad-hoc and additional reporting requirementsRecommend, develop, and implement quality improvement plans with managementTrain providers and staff in methodologies and tools of continuous quality improvementPrepare for and participate in meetings with state agencies, providers, and stakeholdersPerform audits to meet state and internal requirementsComply with all policies and standardsPerform other duties as assigned
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience3+ years of related experienceValid driver’s licenseCertified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferredExperience in healthcare quality improvement methodologies
