This role is with Morni's parent boutique - Mansi Studios, based out of Sector 15, Faridabad. </p><p><br /></p><p>The studio works across:</p><ul><li>Western wear</li><li>Indian ethnic wear</li><li>Occasion wear</li><li>Custom wardrobes</li><li>One-of-a-kind pieces</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Every garment is made-to-order and created collaboratively with our clients, combining thoughtful design, quality materials, and strong craftsmanship.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for a Design Manager to join our Faridabad atelier and help bring client visions from concept to finished garment.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>You will work closely with Mansi Studio's Head Creative Designer to ensure designs are translated accurately into production.</p><p><br /></p><p>This role sits between design and execution.</p><p>You will be responsible for coordinating with:</p><ul><li>Pattern Masters</li><li>Tailors</li><li>Embroiderers</li><li>Sampling teams</li><li>Vendors and production partners</li></ul><p>Your goal is simple:</p><p><b>Make sure every approved design comes to life exactly as intended.</b></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development</p><ul><li>Assist in converting client visions and creative concepts into production-ready designs</li><li>Create and maintain design documentation</li><li>Coordinate sketches, measurements, materials, trims, and embroidery requirements</li><li>Ensure all design details are communicated clearly to production teams</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Production Coordination</p><ul><li>Work directly with pattern masters, tailors, and artisans</li><li>Track sampling and development timelines</li><li>Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks</li><li>Ensure deadlines are met</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Quality Control</p><ul><li>Review garments at various stages of production</li><li>Maintain quality and fit standards</li><li>Identify and resolve construction or finishing issues before delivery</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Documentation &amp; Organization</p><ul><li>Maintain design records and production files</li><li>Organize client measurements, sketches, approvals, and revisions</li><li>Support workflow tracking and communication across teams</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Ideal Candidate</p><ul><li>2-5 years experience in fashion design, garment development, or production coordination</li><li>Strong understanding of garment construction</li><li>Experience working with Indian ethnic wear and western wear</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Strong communication and follow-through</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced custom clothing environment</li></ul><p>Bonus Points</p><ul><li>Experience with luxury or made-to-order clothing</li><li>Knowledge of embroidery techniques and surface development</li><li>Experience working directly with artisans and tailors</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools</li></ul><p>Location Requirement</p><p> This is a full-time, on-site role in Faridabad.</p><p><b>Only candidates currently based in Faridabad or nearby NCR regions who can reliably work from our atelier will be considered for interviews.</b></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Who Will Thrive Here</p><ul><li>Someone who loves seeing ideas become real products</li><li>Someone who enjoys working closely with craftspeople and production teams</li><li>Someone who takes ownership and follows through</li><li>Someone who appreciates quality, detail, and craftsmanship</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>To Apply</p><p>Please send to <b> with Subject Line</b>:</p><p>Design Manager - Faridabad</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio (if applicable)</li><li>A brief note about your experience managing design-to-production workflows</li></ul><p><br /></p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?0E4wjhj1njFDHgXIw%2bcCMTndI3a3eIy%2fo" width="0" height="0" />
