Harvest Events is a community-focused outreach and event marketing firm based in Charlotte, NC. We partner with respected nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness, long-term support, and charitable giving through live events and face-to-face engagement.

Our team works directly in the community, connecting individuals with meaningful causes and helping nonprofits expand their impact through personal, in-person conversations.We are currently hiring Charity Sales Representative to join our growing Charlotte team.
This is not a traditional desk job. Instead, you’ll represent nonprofit partners at local events, educate community members about their missions, and assist supporters who choose to get involved. Team members are compensated based on the level of support and donations they help generate.
What You’ll DoRepresent nonprofit partners at local community events and outreach campaignsEngage with the public in a professional, friendly, and informative mannerEducate individuals on each organization’s mission, programs, and impactGuide supporters through the donation and sign-up processAssist with event setup, coordination, and breakdownTrack engagement and donation activity during eventsParticipate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and event coordinationCollaborate with a motivated, purpose-driven team
