Job Description: Manager – Business Development Role Overview The Manager – Business Development will drive the strategic growth, market expansion, and project acquisition efforts for our large-scale thermal energy portfolios. This role focuses on identifying industrial and utility-scale thermal opportunities (including traditional power generation, industrial steam/cogeneration, waste heat recovery, and emerging clean-thermal technologies), building high-value client relationships, and leading bids from initial tracking through to commercial closure. Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Strategy: Track, analyze, and forecast market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes within the heavy industry and power sectors to identify prospective thermal projects. Pipeline
