We need a Growth Strategist to design and execute data-driven strategies that fuel user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

About the Role

We need a Growth Strategist who can transform data, creativity, and experimentation into scalable business outcomes. You’ll be the bridge between marketing, product, and analytics identifying high-impact growth opportunities, optimizing funnels, and creating strategies that drive measurable expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth levers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to design and launch high-impact experiments.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor growth metrics and campaign ROI.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives and use insights to refine user acquisition tactics.
• Stay on top of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging growth channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth, marketing strategy, or business analytics roles.
• Strong analytical mindset; proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Proven success running experiments and scaling acquisition or retention channels.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Startup or digital product experience preferred.
