Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a COTA to join our team! You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday and treatment hours can be flexible to the candidates needs. Salary is dependent upon degree and experience.Responsibilities:Facilitate rehabilitation of patients with hand and/or upper extremity issues: e.g. CTS, Median and Ulnar Nerve Compressions, Dupytren's, etc.Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programsConvey treatment results and patient progress to relevant partiesOrganize and update patient recordsMaintain a clean and healthy environmentQualifications:Previous experience in occupational therapyCHT or hand therapy experience preferredAbility to build rapport with patientsPassion to help and motivate othersExcellent written and verbal communication skills
