Sr.Manager, SRE (SRE, SLI/ SLO, monitoring, automation)

The Manager, SRE will lead reliability and automation efforts for a focused set of Vertafore products or platforms (e.g., AMS360 & Sagitta OR CI/CD platform services). This role ensures operational excellence through SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, and automation, while managing a team of engineers. Key Responsibilities Product Reliability Own SLIs/SLOs and monitoring for assigned products or platforms. Implement observability tools and dashboards for proactive performance management. CI/CD & Automation Manage build/release pipelines and provisioning automation for assigned scope. Reduce operational toil through scripting and automation-first practices.
