CNC Turning Operator

* Operate CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings.

* Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and tool changes.

* Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.

* Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.

* Follow safety standards and carry out routine machine maintenance.

HMC Operator (Horizontal Machining Center)

* Set up and operate HMC machines for precision machining of metal components.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.

* Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and machine parameter adjustments.

* Inspect machined parts to ensure quality and accuracy.

* Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

VMC Operator (Vertical Machining Center)

* Operate VMC machines to produce components as per technical drawings.

* Perform machine setup, tool loading, and offset adjustments.

* Monitor machining processes and make necessary corrections.

* Check finished components using precision measuring instruments.

* Ensure proper machine maintenance and adherence to safety guidelines.

Surface Grinder Machine Operator

* Operate surface grinding machines to achieve accurate dimensions and surface finish.

* Set up workpieces and grinding wheels according to job requirements.

* Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.

* Perform routine maintenance and keep the machine in good working condition.

* Follow quality standards and workplace safety practices.

EDM Wire Cut Machine Operator

* Operate EDM Wire Cut machines for precision cutting of metal components.

* Set up jobs, fixtures, and machining parameters as per drawings.

* Monitor cutting operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.

* Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments and quality standards.

* Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain production records.
