About Us

Techno Be With You is a culture-led platform working across electronic music, fashion, artist collaborations, branded events and live experiences.

Track’d is our destination-based electronic music IP, documenting artists performing at distinctive locations across India. We are building both brands through original content, cultural storytelling, live experiences and strategic collaborations.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, organised and culturally aware Social Media Manager to join our team full-time.

The selected candidate will take ownership of day-to-day social media operations, initially focusing on Techno Be With You and Track’d, with support across selected group projects when required.

You will receive a structured handover, brand documentation and strategic guidance from our existing brand lead during the transition. After onboarding, you should be able to independently manage content planning, coordination, publishing and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly and weekly content calendars

• Plan content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

• Write captions, campaign copy, video titles and platform-specific descriptions

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, editors, artists and PR teams

• Publish posts, Reels, Stories, Shorts and event updates on schedule

• Manage comments, messages and day-to-day community engagement

• Identify relevant trends without compromising the brands’ identities

• Create basic designs and short-form edits using Canva, CapCut or similar tools

• Organise and maintain the content library, approvals and publishing tracker

• Cover selected shoots, events and artist experiences on-site

• Monitor performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements

• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across platforms

• Coordinate directly with the founder and ensure ideas move into execution

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing or creative account management

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reels and short-form content

• Good writing, communication and storytelling skills

• Ability to manage multiple timelines and follow up independently

• Strong visual sense and attention to detail

• Comfortable working around music, events, fashion, artists and youth culture

• Working knowledge of Canva and basic video-editing tools

• Ability to analyse content performance and turn insights into action

• Willingness to occasionally work around live events, shoots and festival schedules

• Based in or able to commute to Faridabad, Delhi NCR

Experience in music, entertainment, events, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle brands would be valuable. A strong portfolio and cultural understanding will matter more than formal qualifications alone.
