Outhouse Jewellery is a contemporary luxury jewellery brand known for its distinctive designs, craftsmanship, and fashion-forward aesthetic. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sr. Fashion Consultant to represent the brand at our Palladium Mall store in Mumbai.

Role Overview

As a Sr. Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience to clients while driving store sales and building long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of luxury retail, excellent communication and styling skills, and the ability to understand customer preferences and recommend jewellery that complements their individual style.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

* Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

* Drive revenue through effective product presentation, upselling and cross-selling.

* Convert walk-ins and enquiries into successful sales.

* Maintain a strong understanding of products, collections, pricing and brand stories.

* Identify opportunities to increase average transaction value and repeat business.

2. Client Experience & Clienteling

* Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience at every interaction.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with High-Value and VIP clients.

* Develop a strong clienteling database and regularly engage with existing clients.

* Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding new launches, collections, events and special occasions.

* Understand customer preferences, lifestyle and fashion sensibilities to provide personalised recommendations.

3. Fashion & Styling

* Act as a jewellery styling consultant and help clients select pieces suited to their personality, occasion and outfit.

* Stay updated on current fashion and jewellery trends.

* Create complete looks through effective jewellery pairing and styling.

* Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate the design inspiration and story behind each piece.

4. Store Operations

* Ensure the store is maintained according to Outhouse’s luxury brand standards.

* Maintain excellent visual merchandising and product presentation.

* Follow all SOPs related to inventory, billing, stock handling and security.

* Ensure accurate handling of jewellery and maintain proper documentation.

* Support stock audits and inventory-related activities.

5. Customer Engagement

* Handle customer queries, concerns and feedback professionally.

* Create memorable experiences for clients visiting the store.

* Participate in trunk shows, launches, exhibitions and other brand events.

* Support appointment-based selling and private client experiences.

6. Team Collaboration

* Work closely with the Store Manager and retail team to achieve business objectives.

* Support and guide junior Fashion Consultants when required.

* Share customer insights and market feedback with the management team.

* Contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment.

Eligibility

* 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands.

* Candidates from premium/luxury brands will be preferred.

* Experience handling HNI/UHNI or VIP clientele will be an added advantage.

* Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
