Overview:S3 is seeking a digital experience professional to join the Talent Acquisition organization as part of the Global Talent Attraction & Marketing (GTAM) team. This role supports the implementation and launch of our clients career site and content management system (CMS) and assumes ongoing responsibility for site management, governance, and optimization. The Career Site & CMS Manager serves as a key steward of the candidate experience, partnering across Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Product, Technology, and external vendors to deliver and maintain a world-class career site that supports the talent attraction strategy and evolving business needs.
Required Skills:Experience managing enterprise websites, digital experiences, career sites, or CMS platforms.Experience supporting website implementation, launch, migration, or large-scale enhancement initiatives.Strong understanding of website governance, content management, publishing workflows, and digital operating models.Ability to partner effectively with Product, Technology, Creative, Content, and external vendor teams.Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a complex environment.Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience leveraging data, reporting, and performance insights to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement.Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Desired Skills:Experience managing a career site, employer brand website, recruitment marketing platform, or other candidate-facing digital experience.Familiarity with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Attraction functions.Knowledge of candidate experience, user experience (UX), and digital journey best practices.Experience with SEO, site search, web analytics, and digital optimization strategies.Experience working within large, highly matrixed organizations.Experience partnering with CMS, marketing technology, or digital experience vendors.Understanding of accessibility standards, digital governance, and content compliance requirements. xzbcwsv Experience supporting ongoing website operations, enhancement roadmaps, and continuous improvement programs.
