We like to believe that “we like to do the hard work, so that the client can enjoy utmost convenience”.   </p><p><br /></p><p><b>What we are looking for in the candidate: </b>  </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>An MBA from a with 2–3 years of experience navigating operations-heavy environments.  </li><li>Ability to<b> converse fluently in Kannada </b>to coordinate effectively with team members, suppliers, and vendors  </li><li>Clear, concise  verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex operational requirements and processes with structure and clarity.  </li><li>Ability to stay calm, collected, and solution-oriented when \ exceptions occur or issues arise.  </li><li>Highly structured and diligent approach to work, with a sharp focus on maintaining meticulous status trackers and dashboards.  </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to cross-functionally align diverse, multifaceted teams and keep everyone on the same page.  </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What your primary responsibilities look like: </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li><b>Inventory Tracking &amp; Management : </b> </li><li>Monitor inventory levels for key ingredients and packaging materials.  </li><li>Incorporate demand forecasting to trigger timely reorders and track shipments from order to receipt.  </li><li>Oversee site stocking orders and manage inventory  </li><li><b>Daily Planning, Review &amp; Exception Handling : </b> </li><li>Track and analyse failed or rejected deliveries from the prior day  </li><li>Coordinate with the delivery and RM teams to schedule swift re-deliveries or replan damaged goods.  </li><li>Directly manage logistics and execution for special deliveries  </li><li><b>Print Procurement: </b> Handle internal print requests from field and ops teams, validating media types, dimensions, and quantities before coordinating with printing vendors.  </li><li><b>Marketing Collateral: </b> Keep updated checks on core collateral inventory (flyers, brochures, one-pagers) and trigger reorders in alignment with marketing.  </li><li><b>Performance Tracking: </b> Compile weekly status reports summarizing total orders, exceptions, and operational issues.  </li><li><b>Process Improvement: </b> Identify recurring operational incidents, assign ownership for resolution, validate interim fixes, and follow up to ensure long-term solutions are locked in.  </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What we think it takes, to be good at this job: </b>  </p><ul><li>You love taking responsibility, ownership and demonstrating leadership   </li><li>You have good interpersonal skills &amp; are great at oral as well as written communication  </li><li>You apply a “first principles” approach to problem solving  </li><li>You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and love the process of evolving clarity.   </li><li>You understand the grit and tenacity needed to drive high performance and have always put in the little extra to drive such behaviour  </li><li>You stay calm and think on your feet, handling tough situations with composure , aiming to find a solution that works.  </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
