The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager. Ideal candidates must have a degree in accounting, several years of accounting experience showing progressive responsibility, and experience overseeing a team.
ResponsibilitiesOversees and provides guidance to senior and staff accountants related to accounting processes and proceduresPrepares monthly journal entries and financial statements for the company and its affiliatesPrepares appropriate tax returns and various other analyses and reports as requiredSupports external auditors and managers with auditsApplies Lean principles to continually identify areas of efficiency related to departmental processesSupports continued automation of processesResponsible for the oversight and professional development of 5+ subordinates
QualificationsEducation Required:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldCPA preferredExperience Required: xzbcwsv 6+ years of progressively more responsible accounting duties2+ years supervisory experienceStrong experience working with accounting software packages and ExcelKnowledge and experience in preparing complex accounting reports and problem resolutionStrong interpersonal skills
