Job Description – Customer Support Associate

We are hiring Customer Support Associates with strong communication and comprehension skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduates and Undergraduates can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. VERSANT assessment required Good comprehension and analytical skills. Ability to type accurately with minimal errors (30 WPM / 90% accuracy preferred ). Strong English reading and writing skills. Fluent in Hindi

Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Customer-centric approach. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and typing proficiency.

Employment Type: Contractual- 3 months

Shifts timings - Rotational shifts (24*7)

Working hours : 9 hours per day

Salary Range - 23 K CTC- 18 K in hand per month (Fresher)

24 K CTC- 19 K in hand per month (Experienced)
