We are an egg- free patisserie specialising in Entremets, cakes, Chocolates and croissants .</p><p><br /></p><p>We would request only those candidates to apply who live in Mumbai.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Role Description</b></p><p>This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience, and presenting Zinque's products with care and professionalism. Additional tasks may include maintaining customer relationships, Maintain customer records &amp; follow-ups and addressing feedback effectively.
