Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients to generate leads for ServiceNow solutions Qualify leads by identifying customer pain points, budget, and decision-making authority Deliver introductory pitches on ServiceNow products, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities in the CRM system Achieve monthly targets related to call volumes, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders such as CIOs, IT Heads, and VPs Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns Must-Have Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or busi
