Area Operations Manager

<p> Key Responsibilities </p><p>1. Operations &amp; Execution </p><p> Own end-to-end operations for assigned geography / multiple territories </p><p> Drive performance metrics, productivity, and operational efficiency </p><p> Ensure consistent execution of processes, SOPs, and business standards </p><p> Manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines </p><p>2. Team Leadership </p><p> Lead, manage, and scale large field teams (50–150 members)</p><p> Build high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured reviews </p><p> Drive accountability and ownership across team members </p><p>3. Business Ownership </p><p> Take complete ownership of regional business goals and P&amp;L-linked metrics </p><p> Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions </p><p> Ensure strong customer experience and service delivery </p><p>4. Stakeholder Management </p><p> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)</p><p> Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively </p><p> Ensure seamless coordination across functions to drive outcomes </p><p></p><p>5. Problem Solving &amp; Decision Making </p><p> Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas </p><p> Make data-driven decisions in ambiguous and dynamic environments </p><p> Solve operational challenges with structured problem-solving approaches </p>
