A well-established litigation defense firm in Washington is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience who wants to build a long-term career in a supportive environment with strong mentorship and potential for partnership.
What You’ll Do:Handle civil litigation defense matters involving healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and other clientsDraft pleadings, motions, including summary judgment motions, and other legal documentsConduct depositions and represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trialsManage cases, work with insurance carriers, and maintain strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For:3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Insurance Defense or Employment LitigationActive Washington Bar licenseExperience taking depositions and drafting summary judgment motions
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is $150,000 to $190,000, depending on experience and qualifications. xzbcwsv Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
