We are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor to lead student enrolment operations, drive lead-to-admission conversion, and manage a high-performing admissions team.

Responsibilities Handle prospective student enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions, providing accurate guidance on courses, eligibility, fee structures, and career progression pathways. Manage the complete enquiry-to-enrolment process, including systematic follow-ups to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and achieve enrolment targets. Develop and implement admission strategies to drive student enrolment and achieve organisational growth objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team by allocating leads, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of admission targets. Oversee the complete student onboarding process, including documentation, eligibility verification, fee collection, and joining formalities. Maintain accurate CRM records of enquiries and admissions, and prepare regular MIS and performance reports. Collaborate with marketing, academic, and accounts teams to ensure a seamless admissions and student onboarding experience. Uphold ethical counselling practices by providing accurate information and avoiding unsupported commitments.

Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in admissions management, student counselling, business development, or operations. Strong communication, negotiation, conversion, and team leadership skills. Prior experience in the education/training sector highly preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Timing:

Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm

Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
