Litigation Paralegal | Charleston/Greenville, SC | $70,000 to $80,000/year

What you will do:Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial preparation.Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents for attorney review.E-file documents in state and federal courts and ensure compliance with applicable court rules and filing deadlines.
Qualifications:1-5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines effectively.
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus bonus. xzbcwsv Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
