Position DetailsRole: Senior Data AnalystLocation: McLean, VA (preferred) or Richmond, VAWork Model: Onsite — mandatory
Key Responsibilities & Required SkillsLead meetings with internal customers to identify and define data requirements.Map and document business requirements to support data engineering teams.Perform metadata registration and data governance activities.Configure data quality rules and execute testing.Coordinate ETL pipeline testing across multiple areas and validate results.Collaborate with legacy Capital One business teams, data engineers, and the DFS team to clarify data requirements.Develop dashboards and reports to support business analysis and decision-making.Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and core data analysis.
