Technical Business Analyst — not a developerStrong technical aptitude; able to understand application components, UI, web services, and system workflowsExperience creating and understanding application/technical documentation xzbcwsv Working knowledge ofSQL, including tables and joinsExcellent communication skills; able to work with both business and development teamsAgile/Scrum experienceDevelopment teams use.NET and DB2; specific experience with these technologies is not required
