Role SummaryLead release governance, environment coordination, and upgrade readiness for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and integrated ERP applications.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the enterprise release calendar, release governance, and deployment approvals.Coordinate SAP cloud upgrades, impact assessments, regression testing, and business readiness.Manage environment strategy, configuration synchronization, rebaselining, and merge coordination.Oversee cutover planning, change controls, production validation, and hypercare.Coordinate dependencies across SAP, integrations, data, security, and connected SaaS applications.Track release risks, defects, deployment metrics, and operational readiness.Ensure documentation, audit traceability, and smooth transition to production support.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.8+ years in release, environment, change, or operations management.Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SaaS releases, and integrated ERP landscapes.Strong knowledge of release management, regression testing, cutover, and ITIL practices.Preferred SkillsSAP Cloud ALM, SAP Central Business Configuration, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Jira.Experience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, BTP/Integration Suite, and other SaaS platforms. xzbcwsv ITIL 4 certification or relevant SAP credentials.
