Substitute Assistants Needed

Xenia Community Schools is currently hiring Substitute Assistants for a variety of roles, including building, classroom, clinic, library, preschool and special needs, substitute secretaries.

Positions are available at all grade levels: preschool, elementary, middle, and high school.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be eligible to substitute for Xenia Community Schools, you must:

• Complete the online employment application through the Dayton Area School Employment Consortium (if not already completed)
• Hold or obtain a State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit which requires 48 semester hours of college or passing a Paraprofessional Test. We offer the Paraprofessional Test onsite for $50.00. For test details, please contact Human Resources.

Once your application has been completed, please contact Human Resources to schedule an appointment to finalize your onboarding and complete your background check (BCII & FBI fingerprinting). Fingerprinting fees = $50.00 (cash or debit card), $52.00 (credit card).
