Join a well-established litigation practice in Miami representing insurers, corporations and self-insured businesses across a broad range of complex civil defense matters throughout South Florida.
Platform Diverse Litigation Mix: Handle matters involving first-party property, general liability, premises liability, construction defect, automobile/trucking and catastrophic injury claims.Hands-On Case Ownership: Manage cases through pleadings, written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, mediations, hearings and trial preparation.Strong Florida Client Base: Work directly with insurance carriers, businesses, property owners and institutional clients on high-value and strategically important disputes.Trial-Focused Environment: Gain meaningful exposure to court appearances, dispositive motions, settlement strategy and trial work, with support from experienced litigators. xzbcwsv
Responsibilities Manage civil defense matters from inception through resolutionTake and defend depositionsAttend mediations, hearings and court conferencesDevelop litigation strategy and report directly to clients
Requirements 3+ years of insurance defense / civil litigation experienceExperience across general liability, property, construction, premises, auto/trucking or casualty defenseFlorida Bar admission required
