Role Description The English Tutor is responsible for delivering engaging online lessons that help learners improve their spoken and written English, grammar, and overall communication skills. Day-to-day tasks include planning lesson content, conducting live virtual classes, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching methods to individual learner needs and levels. The tutor will also support learners in areas such as public speaking and personality development when required, using WizMantra’s course structure and resources. This is a contract, remote role, requiring reliable internet access and the ability to teach learners across different time zones.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Tutoring, and Online Tutoring.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of English Grammar and its practical application.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English.
• Experience teaching online or in virtual classrooms and familiarity with digital learning tools.
• Relevant degree or certification in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to create structured lesson plans, manage diverse learners, and provide constructive feedback.
• Comfort working independently, maintaining professional conduct, and managing a flexible schedule.
• Experience with public speaking or personality development training is an added advantage.
