The Post Harvest Associate I is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Post Harvest Associate I will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging. Please note: This position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant-related substances. We recommend that applicants with known plant allergies or sensitivities consult with a healthcare professional before applying for this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
- Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine
- Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team
- Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals
- Maintain a culture of professionalism and service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure daily compliance with policies, including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
