The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the region. </p> <p> Responsibilities </p> <p>• Cold-calling prospective customers and scheduling client meetings </p> <p>• Meeting customers regularly and achieving assigned targets </p> <p>• Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new customers </p> <p>• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable electronic component solutions </p> <p>• Negotiating prices, terms, and closing deals </p> <p>• Maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM </p> <p>• Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships </p> <p>• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction </p> <p> Qualifications </p> <p>• Bachelor's degree (For freshers, a degree in Electronics or a related field is preferred.) </p> <p>• Proven ability to convince, negotiate, close deals, and achieve targets. </p> <p>• Basic understanding of electronic components and the semiconductor market. </p> <p>• Knowledge of applications such as Telematics, Smart Metering, POS, Sound-Box, E-bike, and relevant Io T segments. </p> <p>• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems. </p> <p>• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English. </p> <p>• Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. </p> <p>• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers. </p> <p>• Must have own mode of transport (two-wheeler or car). </p> <p> Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month for freshers or ₹35,000–₹45,000/month for experienced candidates in electronic component sales. (negotiable) </p>
