Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant Experience:
6-10 Years Location:
PAN India Must-Have Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Payroll Configuration & Processing Fast Formulas Payroll Elements, Balances, Costing & Payment Methods Payroll Flows & Statutory Compliance Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher Payroll Integrations & Data Migration Responsibilities: Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. Manage payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and costing. Develop and maintain Fast Formulas. Support payroll processing, reconciliation, and period-end activities. Gather requirements and prepare functional design documents. Perform testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support. Work on payroll integrations, reporting, and data migration. Ensure payroll compliance and provide end-user support.
