Role Description The Mutual Fund Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. The role includes analyzing mutual fund products and portfolios, evaluating performance metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations aligned with client risk profiles and financial goals. The specialist will support investors in fund selection, asset allocation, and portfolio rebalancing, while translating complex financial insights into clear, practical guidance. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and tech teams to refine AI-driven investment tools, preparing research reports and market updates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The Mutual Fund Specialist will also engage with clients and internal stakeholders to improve investor education, drive platform adoption, and contribute to Stoxii’s wealth management strategies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, compare fund performance, and identify trends.
• Candidates should possess deep knowledge of mutual funds and investments, with experience in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk assessment.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in finance, including understanding of capital markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and prepare concise reports and presentations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; certifications like NISM Mutual Fund Distributor, CFA (levels), or similar credentials are beneficial.
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms, fintech products, and basic data tools or dashboards; comfort working in a technology-driven, AI-focused environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced growth environment.
