The Role

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll get extensive experience across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership from day one. You'll be given real targets, real clients, and real responsibility — fast. The ceiling here is entirely self-imposed.

What You'll Do Lead offline marketing campaigns from planning through to on-ground execution Own event coordination — and deliver results under pressure Dig into market research to spot trends and identify new opportunities Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights Develop rapidly through structured mentorship and cross-functional exposure
