10+ years of SAP SD/CS experience with strong solution architecture experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA SD and Customer Service (CS). Expertise in OTC, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns and credit management. Strong SAP CS knowledge covering Service Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, Warranty, Contracts and Service Billing. Strong integration experience with MM, FI/CO, PM, EWM and PP. Experience with S/4 HANA transformation, Fiori and SAP Activate methodology. Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, solution design and stakeholder management skills.
