Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for new product launches and commercial activities. Manage external CMO partners for manufacturing, packaging, technology transfer, and supply activities. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure launch readiness. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths. Drive CMO deliverables, identify risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution and escalation. Monitor manufacturing and packaging schedules to ensure on-time product availability for commercial launch. Coordinate forecasting, production planning, inventory readiness, and launch quantities with relevant stakeholders. Track project budgets, purchase orders, commitments, and CMO-related commercial activities. Lead regular project review meetings with internal teams and CMO partners. Ensure timely completion of technical, quality, regulatory, and supply-related activities required for launches. Maintain PMS software and provide management updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
