Key Responsibilities:

• Apply GAAP principles and company accounting policies to accurately record and classify financial transactions.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial reports, including management fees, waterfall distributions, and fund administrator financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support daily cash operations by preparing loan draw funding requests and wire payment documentation for Controller approval.
• Coordinate with the fund administrator to perform weekly cash reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Calculate and prepare monthly interest invoices for the underlying loan portfolio.
• Assist in the annual audit process by coordinating with external auditors and providing required supporting documentation.
• Maintain loan portfolio records, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Support the external tax team by preparing information required for fund tax returns and investor K-1 reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports, analyses, and administrative support as requested by the Controller.
