Role Description The Junior Architect will support project teams in the design and documentation of architectural projects from concept through execution. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi includes preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations; assisting with design development and detailing; and coordinating with senior architects on project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities involve revising plans based on feedback, ensuring design alignment with codes and standards, participating in client and consultant meetings, and maintaining organized project documentation. The Junior Architect will also collaborate across disciplines to help integrate architectural solutions with other project systems and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Understanding of Integration between architectural elements and related building systems, ensuring cohesive project solutions.
• Basic exposure to Software Development or digital tools relevant to architecture (e.g., CAD/BIM software, scripting for automation) is beneficial.
• Ability to support Project Management activities, including task tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software).
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in New Delhi or willingness to learn them quickly.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented and organized work style.
