Key Responsibilities:

Drive overall business performance and profitability

Lead sales, operations, and retail expansion initiatives

Develop and execute growth strategies for the brand

Manage P& L and ensure achievement of revenue targets

Build and mentor high-performing teams

Enhance customer experience and brand positioning

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Extensive experience in luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, lifestyle, or related sectors

Proven leadership experience managing large teams and business operations

Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
