Virtual Assistant – Night Shift (US Time Zone Support)

Location: Remote (India)

Shift timings between: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM IST (Night Shift, aligned with US business hours)

Compensation: ₹20,000–25,000/month (based on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our US-based short-term rental clients during their active hours. This is a night shift role from India, working in real time with guests, hosts, and our internal team to keep operations running smoothly overnight.

What You'll Do

• Handle guest messaging and inquiries across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms
• Manage check-in/check-out coordination and troubleshoot guest issues in real time
• Update calendars, pricing, and listing details as needed
• Coordinate with cleaning/maintenance teams for turnovers
• Support day-to-day admin tasks for STR property portfolios
• Escalate priority issues appropriately during the shift

Who We're Looking For

• Available to start immediately
• Able to commit to a fixed night shift on an ongoing basis
• Comfortable with the salary range of ₹20,000–25,000/month depending on experience
• Strong written English and clear communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a working laptop/desktop
• Detail-oriented, organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently overnight
• Hospitality, guest services, or STR experience is a plus
