Transcriptionist – Pune
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 1–3 Years
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe audio recordings, statements, and notes.
- Proofread and format documents as per company standards.
- Ensure correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and terminology.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Upload and manage documents in electronic systems.
- Meet defined quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Transcription diploma/certification is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant transcription experience.
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent English, listening, and proofreading skills.
- P&C Insurance knowledge is an added advantage, not mandatory.
