Position Overview

This is a Contract-to-Hire CRM Developer opportunity with a growing organization focused on supporting physician licensure and healthcare-related regulatory processes.

The team is looking for a mid-level developer (3-5 years of experience) who is comfortable working across a variety of technologies and can bridge the gap between development and business stakeholders. While Dynamics CRM and Power Apps experience are preferred, the hiring manager is more focused on finding someone with strong Microsoft development experience, solid problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Employment Details

Role Type: Contract-to-Hire

Contract Pay Rate:

• $50-$55/hr

Conversion Salary Target:

• Approximately $110,000 base salary
• Some flexibility above target for the right candidate

Location & Work Model

Location: Littleton, CO

Work Schedule:

• 100% onsite
• 5 days per week in office
• No hybrid option currently
