Job Summary

Tata Electronics is seeking an experienced Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive HR digital transformation, SAP SuccessFactors strategy, SAP BTP innovation, system implementation, enhancements and support across a large manufacturing enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors programs
• Drive HR transformation and governance
• Manage AMS partners and system integrators
• Lead Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding and Succession solutions
• Drive SAP BTP, AI and automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance, security and data governance

Experience

10+ Years Overall HR Technology Experience with 8+ Years in SAP SuccessFactors

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years overall HR/HCM experience
• 8+ years SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Experience leading global deployments supporting 25,000+ employees
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience

SAP Certifications (Mandatory)

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Additional certifications in LMS, PMGM, Recruiting or Compensation preferred
• SAP BTP / Integration Suite certification preferred

Industry Experience

Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Engineering or similar large-scale industries.

SAP BTP Experience

Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Build Apps, Build Process Automation, API Management and AI capabilities.

Technical Skills

SuccessFactors EC, LMS, PMGM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession, People Analytics, CPI/Integration Suite, APIs and Reporting.

Leadership Competencies

Strategic Thinking, HR Transformation, Stakeholder Management, Solution Architecture, Change Management and Team Leadership.
