Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EPM - FCCS specialist to join our Oracle practice.

As an Oracle FCCS Consultant you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' financial consolidation and close processes.

Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance, ultimately driving efficiency and strategic growth.

Required Skills :

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS amd ODD
• Should have worked on end-to-end EPM - ESSBASE / FCCS implementations
• Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in configuring and supporting the ESSBASE analytics and FCCS application
• Integration of PBCS with Fusion ERP.
• Independently write Business rules.
• Implement Custom Oracle EPM applications.
• Able to handle UAT and Go-Live, Hypercare Support.
• Should be able to work on integrations and automations.
• Knowledge on Groovy scripting and process automations is a plus

Requirements :

• Good functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – B.Tech / MBA or equivalent [Finance functional knowledge would be needed]
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience in working with Oracle EPM and FP&A processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to the client, conducting demos
